With a BSc in Food & Environment from UBC’s Faculty of Land and Food Systems and years of experience in the sustainable restaurant scene, Brianna is a champion for local food and the slow food movement. In addition to being a BC Green Biz verifier, she also manages FED Urban Agriculture Society, a food security charity that also lives under the Synergy Foundation umbrella.
